1. Application: These terms apply to every order placed on serenelle.be. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Prices: Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free. Serinelle reserves the right to change prices.
3. Orders and payment: An order is final once payment has been received through one of the offered payment methods. Serinelle may refuse orders in case of suspected fraud.
4. Delivery: We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered in 4–10 business days. Delays caused by the carrier are outside our control, but we are always happy to help.
5. Returns: You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. See our Refund Policy for the full procedure.
6. Liability: Serinelle is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of a product.
7. Complaints: Send any complaint to support@serenelle.be. We aim to reply within 2 working days.
8. Applicable law: These terms are governed by Belgian law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
