Refund policy

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, email support@serenelle.be with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the full purchase amount within 14 days to your original payment method. Faulty or damaged item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will put it right free of charge.
