Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered in 4–10 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Each product description includes the model’s height and size worn for reference.

We recommend following our size guide. If you’re between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for the best fit.

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Email support@serenelle.be to start your return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty.
